# Requests

> Submitting and managing name changes and verified host requests.

# Requests

The [Requests Tab](https://r5r.dev/account.php?tab=requests) allows you to submit formal requests to the R5R staff.

## Name Change Requests

If you want to change your display name on  Tracker website:

1. Navigate to the **Requests** tab.
2. Select **Name Change**.
3. Enter your desired new name.
4. Submit for approval.

## Verified Host Requests

Server hosts can request "Verified" status to unlock advanced features like the Control Panel.

1. Navigate to the **Requests** tab.
2. Select **Verified Host**.
3. Provide details about your server and community.
4. Staff will review your application.

## Tracking Status

You can track the status of your submitted requests in the same tab. Statuses include:

* **Pending**: Under review.
* **Approved**: Request granted.
* **Denied**: Request rejected (reason often provided).

    Your approval and denial reason is emailed to the email set in your account. This alert will be replaced with a notifications center notification in the future.
