Requests

The Requests Tab allows you to submit formal requests to the R5R staff.

Name Change Requests

If you want to change your display name on Tracker website:
  1. Navigate to the Requests tab.
  2. Select Name Change.
  3. Enter your desired new name.
  4. Submit for approval.
Name changes are reviewed to ensure they comply with community guidelines

Verified Host Requests

Server hosts can request “Verified” status to unlock advanced features like the Control Panel.
  1. Navigate to the Requests tab.
  2. Select Verified Host.
  3. Provide details about your server and community.
  4. Staff will review your application.

Tracking Status

You can track the status of your submitted requests in the same tab. Statuses include:
  • Pending: Under review.
  • Approved: Request granted.
  • Denied: Request rejected (reason often provided).
    Your approval and denial reason is emailed to the email set in your account. This alert will be replaced with a notifications center notification in the future.
